Another long weekend of rest is here. Have been in and out of urban warfare training area(which i can't reveal for obvious reasons) these last few days. Next week, there will be another milestone to be reached, a 32km route march(wahhh...). Hmm.. looks like i have to start preparing myself for the gruelling walk through the night. In this modern era that we live in, i still don't see why we need to walk so far to reach objective... What's the use of inventing planes/helicopters/tonners/etc etc...? Damn army lar...

We are now halfway through becoming 3rd Sergeants. Hopefully we can endure through the rest of the journey ahead.

Looking forward to going Taiwan! It should be freezing there!

Long weekend of rest is finally here. Its been a fucking tiring week for us. Again, the weather fuck us up, causing some of the training to be cancelled. Isn't it good? Not if they decide to make up for lost training time during weekends...

Anyway another milestone set for me this week. I managed to run 10km in 51min 51 sec! My first time running that distance, so it is quite an achievement! He he.. There are other ppl who could run faster than me but took their time to finish the run because the pass timing is 65min. Anyway morale was high after the run, so we did a fantastic war cry after that. Can see that our enciks are quite pleased with us that day.

We had a tiring day yesterday, charging uphill around 5 times. The most person should be me because i was holding the most "siong" appointment as a runner, who had to carry a fucking heavy signal set and chiong at the same time... 5 times...

Anyway, me looking forawrd to the long weekend! Merry Christmas and enjoy your holidays people!

3 weeks have passed and there is already enough people who gets OOC (Out-of-Course) for a various reasons. I guess life in ASLC is getting tougher and tougher as the weeks goes by. Lots of events took place this week, from crossing rivers in with FBO, live range and more endurance runs. We were wet for almost half of the week due to rain and swimming in Seletar longkang.

ANyway, good things do happen sometimes. I passed the SOC in 9Min 18sec and hopefully get long weekend next week (friday half-day)! Plus i don't need to do SOC for the rest of the course! Woohooo!

And congrats to Zhaf who made it to OCS. Quite surprised to hear that he signed on as regular infantry officer. I think i have seen enough of army life to last me the rest of my life. For me SAF stands for Serve And Fuck off. SAdly, there is still until 05/05/2008 to ORD.

This sucks. Everywhere i go in army, i get fucked up ppl trying to make my life in army less and less enjoyable. In Hotel BSLC, it is a real PT*ful coy. Everyday PT. Now in Golf, everything also have to standardize, there so many administrative stuff and fucked up staff sergeant in my platoon.

First day already kena tekan on our drill and kena "hentak kaki" for like 15 min? Some more its b4 lunch and evryone is starving lar... CB...

Then first day already have 6km run, which is suppose to train us for our 10km running test. We had to finish 6km in 36min and the 10km within 60min... Sian...

Very very depressing in Golf. Sianz...
