Happy New Year everyone! 2006 will hopefully be a better year. Definitely not a good way to start the year with common test on 3Jan-9Jan.. Sianz.. Anyway, 2006 will make me a leaner, meaner and botak NS man!

Just got an invitation from the Police Force asking me to join the "Home Team". Hmm Wondering whether i should join. Here's the criteria for male:

Height: 1.62m
Weight: 54kg

Other criteria no problems. Wth!

Oh, and I got my wireless network up! Yeah!

As the saying goes, life is all about making choices. Some us has the uncanny ability to make bad choices while others are slightly luckier. Money or friendship? Pride or love? Easy way or hard way? It all depends on our choices. Sadly, choices we made are usually irreversible, and the only thing we can do about bad choices is to do some damage control or run away from it. Sigh..

Hopefully 2006 will be a better year for everyone. To everyone, have a happy new year ahead!

Here's a quote:
"Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything." -Muhammad Ali

Peter Jackson's next blockbuster after LoTR series, King Kong, is SUPERB. Sad sia King Kong died.. As one character said at the end, ".. the bullets didn't kill him; beauty killed him."

As usual, the graphics were top notch, action and drama throughout the movie keep me in my seat and of course the sound effects were great. Only thing is that we had to sit at the 3rd or 2nd row in front, so the view was a little slanted and also cause me a stiff neck.

An alliance seems to have been made among the other two groups of the class. It seems to be iGroup vs the rest of the class now. We had the gut feeling the other groups were kind of ganging up against the might of iGroup. Hah! What is happening to the concept of class spirit? Everyone seems to be backstabbing one another! Hmm.. its now up to us to show what we are made of. We'll see who gets better grades at the end of the semester.

I believe the reason for the burnout is that we are being a bit too hardworking. We are spending more hours doing project than sleeping. From start of school day, till late at night, everything is about projects, PBLs, and what not. I am getting very tired of it already..

Nowadays almost half the day is spend in school (9-12 hours), making it my 2nd home. My third home is probably Tommy's house is my 3rd home since we spend most of our weekends there for project discussions and rushing reports and projects. If i too tired to go home or there are still lots of things to do then sleep over lor.. Serangoon damn far lor! How i wish i got my own transport now..

I think we spend so many hours discussing but at the end of the day, very little progress is made. Not to mention tired of looking at the computer screen. I don't mind putting in effort cos without them how can we expect to do well rite? The only thing i worry is that the results we get at the end of the semester is waaay below our expectations. After all, marks depends on teachers ma.. Hopefully they recognize our efforts lor..

I see other groups also like heck care like that. Maybe they do things differently from us, splitting jobs and compiling after doing their individual research. For us, it's meet and discuss (or argue) and do. The longest time is spend on discussing lor.. Heh, i only join in discussion at crucial points. I hate arguing ah.. I let the girls do it since they are best at doing it =P
