In the news yesterday and today.. A woman was found dead in her storeroom in a pool of blood. The suspect was believed to be their Indonesian maid. I can't believe this happen right in front of my doorstep(my block is 501A, the incident in 501C).

I don't know who i should pity; the maid or the victim.. The poor maid had to leave her home and family to look for money in another foreign country but in the end was treated like trash, working as a maid. Any human being will feel the stress of being bullied and ordered around and in this case, lead the maid to commit a murder.

On the other hand, the woman had to die, leaving her 2 young children to fend for themselves. According to the news, the children had slept through the whole thing and was only awaken when the police came.

Maids are already pitiful after having to leave their home behind. So be nice to your maids people. You wouldn't want to become the next victim wouldn't you?
