Yes, that's right. My first accident on the bike. Luckily it was a minor one but what the hell, an accident is still an accident right? Start counting already..

Anyway, how did it happen?
We were suppose to be doing emergency braking on wet surface today. Firstly, we need to accelerate from 0-30km/h and brake within 11 metres with correct posture and procedures.

During one of the runs, i actually went up to 40km/h which according to them is too fast. I skidded on the wet surface and fall from the bike. Luckily there was no bike beside me or else my head would be gone. Oh, and i broke the L-plate and the side mirror. Lucky no need pay for damages. Hur-hur..

I just get some bruise on my arm and shoulder during the fall. My skin is saved from the razor-like road, thanks to my long sleeve jacket and arm & knee pads.

Seriously, in real road conditions, we won't be travelling @ 30km/h when emergencies happen lei. And we can't antipate emergencies like during practicals. What to do? I won't be giving up yet! Main thing is to ride safely yourself, and hope that others do too.
