Sigh.. Things are getting worse by the day. Every single day that pass while in M1 is driving me crazy. I thought this week is worse enough when they announce the bottombox. The worse is yet to come.

Early in the morning on Friday, my supervisor came into the briefing with bad news. Apparently, there is a dispute case by one of the customers. The whole briefing room fell silent as we await what bad news could be making our supervisor so disappointed. Maybe "disappointed" is not the correct word, she looks half sad and half angry. When everyone found out that the case has been brought up to the management level to handle this customer, the feeling in the room was super intense.

You might be asking what is the problem with this customer. Apparently, this customer was given a $100 handset upgrade voucher for a specific line he is holding. However, he went down to the shop thinking that the voucher can be used for another line, also under his account. I can't remember how the conversation goes because it happen 2 weeks ago and the customer wanted to utilize the voucher last week. Anyway, the customer kind of twisted the conversation a bit to his favour and got the wrong idea about the voucher.

By now you should have guess the person involved is me. Everyone was speculating who the person was. We were discussing abt it when we were suppose to be calling customers. Finally the truth was out and i was the customer service officer who had talked to this customer 2 weeks ago. My gut feeling was correct.

That is probably the lowest point of my attachment. Can't even concentrate on my calls anymore. My colleagues and supervisor manage to cheer me up a little when they made me a card of drawings of each of us and some word of encouragement in it. Thanks eh.. Appreciate the gesture. Thank you for your time and support.

Sigh.. i don't know why. Usually i would be average kind of person in school or whatever i am doing. Somehow during this attachment, i am the worst. Always in the spotlight for the wrong reasons..

Sigh.. 5 more working days..
