Sigh.. Lousy day man.. Nothing but bad news at work today..
Firstly, i am already supervisors "favourite" because of my blurness. She say even some of the fulltimers can remember my name when customers call the main 1627 hotline number to ask for me. Say i "famous" liao.. Wtf?! Then now keep directing questions at me when something goes wrong. Now everytime they say some one did something wrong i would always volunteer to say, "I am the one right?". Damn sian..

Secondly, one stupid ang moh customer whom i spoke to gave me a low rating for my service. This low rating is called "bottombox". Top ratings are called "topbox". So ya, this S.O.B gave me low rating and the supervisor pointed out my mistake. I did not tell him about something which i had forgotten. If u want to know what thing, i can't explain here cos it would be too long. Anyway, the thing is not even in the callscript which we are suppose to follow. So HOW the HECK would i know??? First they ticked me off for not following to callscript last week. Now i follow callscript, also kena ticked off.. WTF?!

Worse still, i am probably the one one who get bottombox. Another colloeague actually get topbox AND bottombox from 2 customers, so at least it's not so bad.. Some more today didn't manage to reach quota.. Damn sian..

Sigh... 8 days to go... buay tahan... >_<"
